Full-Time Senior Product Manager Growth

Growth Initiatives:

• Drive growth through initiatives spanning insight generation, experimental design and cross-functional execution.
• Design sustainable growth loops with viral product features and network effects.
• Lead pricing and packaging strategies through experimentation.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention patterns.
• Leverage statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize growth.
• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for owned channels.
• Launch new features, experiences, products.
• Develop business requirements and define success metrics.
• Build frictionless customer journeys.

Experience Required: 5+ years of growth-focused product experience, driving data-driven experimentation, including pricing optimization and A/B testing. You should be strategic, analytical, and strong in cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Continuous Discovery Habits (Teresa Torres)

Compensation: $145,000 - $165,000 per year, equity, and other benefits.
