Full-Time Senior Product Manager - Kubevirt (GTM)

Mirantis is seeking a product leader with a technical background passionate about enterprise customers, virtualization, platform engineering, and cloud infrastructure.

You will be responsible for guiding and managing the delivery of Mirantis Kubevirt-based products, primarily focusing on Kubernetes and virtualization technologies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales) to deliver high-quality solutions enhancing customer experience and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a differentiated product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mirantis Kubevirt-based solutions, focusing on Kubernetes and virtualization, across defined customer segments.
2. Develop, maintain, and drive a product roadmap aligned with customer/community needs and business objectives.
3. Collaborate with customers to gather feedback, monitor market trends, and assess the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
4. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring highest value feature delivery.
5. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for successful product development, launch, and adoption, facilitating communication and alignment.
6. Leverage deep knowledge of platform engineering to guide product development and meet enterprise customer needs.
7. Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify improvement areas using data-driven insights.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status, upcoming releases, and strategic direction.
9. Deliver technical products serving engineering customers, particularly in Kubernetes and virtualization, with a proven track record.
10. Experience with B2B enterprise SaaS.
11. Develop and drive GTM strategy (direct, indirect, channel, PLG) in partnership with marketing, sales, and technical presales teams.
12. Understand cloud-native technologies, vendors, and products and their value to end-users.
13. Strong foundation in virtualization, containerization, public clouds, networking, system, and distributed systems technologies.
14. Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technical products, with a strong understanding of technical feasibility and development processes.
15. Excellent communication and leadership skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
