In the Noa AI product area, the mission is to revolutionize patient management and medical record keeping for doctors and clinics. With over 300,000 medical professionals relying on solutions, the aim is to minimize manual tasks and empower them to dedicate their time to patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision, strategy, and key results for your team.
- Experiment to refine solutions and go-to-market strategies.
- Work directly with local teams to identify problems and build a shared understanding.
- Influence business leaders using data to align the company around your product strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, research, and analysts to build amazing solutions.
What will set you up for success?
- Proven product management experience: 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B)
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you have launched a new product from scratch
- Prototyping skills: experience quickly validating and prototyping ideas, especially using AI
- Technical understanding: relevant technical knowledge
- Data-driven mindset: analytical skills to synthesize product usage data
- Communication and energy: a high level of enthusiasm and outstanding communication abilities
- Adaptability and autonomy: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points if you have:
- Software engineering background
- Experience taking a product from idea to profit
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with building AI Saas products
