In the Noa AI product area, the mission is to revolutionize patient management for doctors and clinics. With over 300,000 medical professionals relying on our solutions, we minimize manual tasks and empower them to dedicate their time to patient care.
We lead impactful initiatives like an AI voice bot that handles phone calls for doctors, and smart appointment confirmations to help doctors prevent no-shows. Our flagship AI product is Noa Notes, our medical scribe to help doctors take better notes, and focus more on their patients.
As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to bring Noa Notes to more doctors.
You will be responsible to:
- Define the vision, strategy, and key results for your team.
- Experiment to refine your solutions and go-to-market strategies.
- Work directly with local teams to identify the right problems to solve.
- Influence business leaders using data to align the company around your product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and analysts to build amazing solutions.
What will set you up for success?
- Proven product management experience: 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B).
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you have launched a new product from scratch.
- Prototyping skills: experience quickly validating and prototyping ideas, especially using AI, no-code.
- Technical understanding: relevant technical knowledge.
- Data-driven mindset: analytical skills to synthesize product usage data.
- Communication and energy: a high level of enthusiasm.
- Adaptability and autonomy: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Software engineering background
- Experience taking a product from idea to profit on your own.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with building AI Saas products
