The Role: As a Platform Product Manager, ensure platform evolution to meet customer expectations in scalability, reliability, and security. Report to the VP of Product Management. Define and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations) for seamless platform integration and interoperability. Focus on technical excellence and long-term stability to enable customer success.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute the platform vision aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead team through product discovery, experimentation, usability testing, and launch of innovative product improvements.
- Define product roadmap, prioritize backlog, and create business cases for new strategic product opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by converting new and existing users.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to design and implement robust, secure APIs and platform services supporting scalability and reliability.
- Work with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) for cohesive platform development and deployment.
- Make decisions based on analysis and data.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of product experience in B2B.
- Understanding of technical architecture of data pipelines, warehousing, and data management systems.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, API design, and system architecture.
- Strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs within the platform context.
- Familiar with UI/UX design and development process in conjunction with information evolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product management with some leadership experience.
- Experience in application and business systems integration, and PaaS.
- Blend of big company and software startup experience preferred.
