Full-Time Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations

• Define a multi-year product vision and strategy for the platform and integrations.
• Mentor and develop a direct report, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new integration opportunities.
• Manage a product roadmap balancing infrastructure, new integration development, and strategic goals.
• Present product strategy and insights to executive leadership.

• Translate API specs and technical documentation into user stories and functional requirements.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle for integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering to build scalable platform services and integrations.
• Identify and resolve issues across internal and external systems.
• Own the relationship with external integration partners.

• Define and track KPIs for platform health and integration performance.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize the product.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the platform.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software product management.
• Experience in restaurant SaaS is a plus.
• Track record of launching technical products, such as platforms and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools.
• Experience managing and mentoring product managers.
• Deep understanding of APIs and system integration patterns.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Flexibility to work during US hours at least till 5 pm ET.
• Candidates must have their own system/work setup for remote work.
