Full-Time Senior Product Manager Search

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the long-term strategy, roadmap, and execution of the search and product discovery experience across eProcurement sites, LakeshoreLearning.com, and the mobile app.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading complex search and product discovery initiatives.
• Analyzing search behavior and customer journeys to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partnering with developers to optimize search infrastructure.
• Driving innovation through insights and market trends.
• Developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
• Prioritizing features to enhance search relevance and personalization.
• Identifying issues, dependencies, and value associated with features.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified digital experience.
• Communicating product priorities and fostering collaboration.
• Developing product strategies, diagnosing requirements, and planning release cycles.
• Presenting data-supported solutions to internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years experience in digital product management in e-commerce, ideally B2C retail
• 5+ years experience improving search and product discovery in e-commerce
• 4+ years managing people and/or projects
• Experience with enterprise commerce and search solutions
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• Proven success executing search improvements
• Experience managing resources for complex projects
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with data analytics and testing tools
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Salary: $102,500 - $165,000 (depending on experience).
