Full-Time Senior Product Manager - Smart Lighting

The Senior Product Manager (SPM) is accountable for guiding the strategic growth and overall direction of the Smart Lighting category. This role collaborates across multiple functions to develop new product strategies and enhance the existing portfolio.

• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams in the development, launch, and commercialization of new products.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through market launch to eventual phase-out.
• Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for assigned product lines.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Total Cost Out (TCO) initiatives.
• Continuously assess consumer, customer, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing function to develop, maintain, and optimize sales enablement materials.
• Contribute to product line performance reviews.
• Own and drive key financial metrics, including revenue, margin, and cost targets.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Consumer product / Smart Home experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and financial acumen.
