Full-Time Senior Product Manager (Test and React)

• Define product mission and vision, understand opportunities, and measure success.
• Define business problems, desired customer experience, vision, and product strategy.
• Work with Data Science, Engineering, and Merchandising teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities, and drive delivery.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs to build the right features with the right quality.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements in existing processes.
• Create solutions from scratch for short and long term.
• Promote decision making throughout the team.
• Develop end-to-end product plans, from ideation to optimization.
• Set standards and bring new ideas for continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in retail/e-commerce.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Proven experience in forecasting to support product and business planning.
• Previous experience with operations.
• Knowledge of data base programming languages.
• Strategic thinker with experience as a Product Leader in product technology, retail, or fashion.
• Experience using data to inform product decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong business and commercial acumen.
