Full-Time Senior Product Manager - Treasury

At Mercury, we believe financial operations should be seamless, scalable, and automated. Our Treasury team focuses on helping customers optimize how they manage and grow their cash. We’re building industry-leading tools to deliver yield and liquidity without unnecessary complexity.

This is a product role for someone with deep experience in cash management and investments.

You’ll work cross-functionally to build elegant, high-performing solutions that help our customers make the most of their cash while ensuring we operate within a strong risk and regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve Mercury’s treasury and cash management products.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience, driving activation and long-term retention.
• Define the product vision and roadmap, balancing yield, liquidity and risk.
• Track market and regulatory developments, and evaluate competitive offerings.
• Champion strong operational foundations, driving efficiency, compliance, and resilience.
• Tackle complex challenges in money movement, investment workflows, and treasury accounting.

Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, or investment roles.
• Deep understanding of cash management, especially fixed-income investments, liquidity planning and treasury operations.
• Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks for investment products and services.
• Experience building and launching financial products.
• Track record of building infrastructure for automation and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in regulated environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
