Full-Time Senior Product Manager (Wallet)

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Wallet and vouchers) to join our team. We're aiming to enhance the travel experience for millions of holidaymakers.

Role Summary:

• Senior Product Manager (Wallet and vouchers)
• Hybrid working model (from CHT)
• Payments & Fintech Growth team
• Chiasso, Switzerland
• Permanent, full-time (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute wallet strategy for customers.
• Increase payment volume via stored payment methods.
• Manage, innovate, and enhance voucher products towards balance accounts.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of product development experience in high volume e-commerce.
• Proven experience in customer payments, card tokenization, card account updater and vouchers/coupons.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to define product vision and roadmap.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with agile teams.
• Analytical mindset for collecting and analyzing data to provide customer-centric solutions.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with loyalty programs.
• Experience in the travel industry.
