Full-Time Senior Product Manager - YE, ACA, Pay Statements

Role Summary:

• Implement the product strategy for HR Compliance products.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, balancing priorities, revenue impact, and client-focused initiatives.
• Ideal for candidates who are adaptable and can instill confidence in a startup-like atmosphere.
• Requires a blend of technical knowledge and business insight to prioritize opportunities.
• Articulate near- and long-term product strategies and roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Define the product roadmap, managing stakeholders in product, engineering, and operations.
• Balance immediate needs and long-term investments in the product roadmap, aligning with priorities and strategic vision.
• Collaborate with teams to lead product vision, define requirements, and coordinate with shared resource teams.
• Analyze metrics to assess product health, mitigate risks, and use insights to refine the product roadmap.

Experience:

• 7+ years of product management or related experience creating software products.
• Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree preferred
• Experience working with API integration and technical understanding of cloud-based platform architecture.
• Experience in Employer Services
• Initiative taker, comfortable to start projects from a blank sheet of paper.
• Good technical experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
