Full-Time Senior Product Operations Manager

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between our product and user-facing teams. You will lead the development of new features, improve existing features, and shape the product processes from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale cross-functional projects focused on product improvement, innovation, and enhancing user experience.
• Collect, quantify, and prioritize product-related challenges.
• Drive major company launches and global rollouts.
• Dive deep into data and analyze user feedback.
• Identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
• Design and implement complex operational systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Ability to empathize with user problems.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset.
• General technical knowledge of software development processes.
• Proficiency with BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and excellent presentation skills.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company.
