Full-Time Senior Product Strategist

Position Overview: VGV is expanding beyond Flutter to a full-scale digital consultancy. As the Senior Product Strategist, you will lead this journey by delivering digital product strategy engagements and founding a new strategy consulting offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CSO and Business Development team to craft go-to-market messages for new strategy consulting services.
• Shape the evolution of strategy offerings, refining processes and methodologies focused on desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with researchers to identify unmet user needs.
• Create future-state visions for clients, prioritizing concepts based on user desirability, business viability, and implementation complexity.
• Collaborate with designers to ideate, prototype, and evaluate concepts.
• Translate solutions into clear business value, partnering with client stakeholders to define ROI.
• Work closely with engineers and solution architects to assess solution feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive product roadmaps defining MVPs and phased releases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs, identifying opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Lead client ideation exercises and drive creative problem-solving.
• Create compelling strategies for key accounts as an account expansion exercise.
• Craft and communicate future-state digital visions for clients using storytelling.
• Represent the agency at industry events, webinars, and publications.

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years experience in digital product strategy, including hands-on project delivery and leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering successful strategy engagements.
• Experience leading teams through the entire product development lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of multi-platform solutions (particularly Flutter).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for building and mentoring teams.
