As a Senior Production Designer at Code and Theories Creative Studios - Engine, you will be a pivotal part of our creative team, responsible for delivering high-quality design across all production design work streams.
You will handle a variety of asset types, including deck design, social assets, production design for video & VFX, display ads, CRM materials, UX design and localization assets. Your role is integral to the studio’s success, ensuring that all design work is executed with the utmost attention to detail, creative excellence, and consistency.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design Execution Across All Production Streams:
- Production Design: Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of assets.
- Deck Design: Design professional, engaging, and visually consistent presentations.
- Design for video & VFX: Support our motion team in developing video assets.
- Display Ads & Banners: Produce optimized designs for digital display ads.
- Social Assets: Design social media content.
- CRM Assets: Work on email templates, banner ads, and other CRM-related materials.
- Localization Assets: Ensure content is appropriately localized.
Quality Control & Brand Consistency: Perform detailed QC checks across all design work to ensure brand compliance.
Leveraging AI Technology: Use AI-powered design tools and automation software to optimize workflows.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Project Managers, Creative Directors, and other team leads to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and new AI capabilities.
Mentorship & Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience: 5-7 years in production design.
Creative Expertise: Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design software.
AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI design tools and proven ability to integrate them into your workflow.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in design execution.
Branding: Deep understanding of brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior designers.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills.
