We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 4+ years of experience, proficient in healthcare enterprise products. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- Developed a platform for real-time user eligibility verification and status monitoring, using predefined criteria for comparison and analytics. This ensures compliance and reduces overhead.
- Contributed to a global SaaS platform for employee recognition, incentive management, and service anniversaries. The solution is highly configurable, intuitive, and leverages cloud technology to improve employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated project management proficiency for at least 3 years.
- Proven ability to lead teams of 15+ people, fostering motivation and teamwork.
- Strong analytical and strategic project management skills, experienced in business and system analysis, stakeholder engagement, and backlog prioritization.
- Proficient in customer communication, building client relationships, and managing enterprise-level projects focused on business goals.
- Advanced English proficiency, excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee medium-sized and multiple smaller projects.
- Establish and maintain development processes, providing leadership and coordination.
- Monitor team performance, generate progress reports, and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
