Full-Time Senior Proposal Writer/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Writer/Manager to lead proposal development efforts for AI-driven transportation safety solutions targeting local municipalities.

This role combines technical expertise with narrative storytelling to create compelling proposals that demonstrate our product's value in enhancing public safety through artificial intelligence.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end proposal development, from capture planning to final submission for municipal government contracts.
2. Orchestrate cross-functional proposal teams (subject matter experts, technical writers, and graphics designers).
3. Establish and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
4. Develop winning strategies and discriminators highlighting the unique value proposition of our AI technology.
5. Technical Writing: Transform complex technical specifications and AI capabilities into clear content for municipal decision-makers.
6. Create detailed technical responses addressing system architecture, data security, integration requirements, and compliance standards.
7. Document technical implementation plans, including deployment methodology and timeline.
8. Develop comprehensive responses to technical evaluation criteria.
9. Narrative Development: Craft compelling narratives demonstrating solution impact on transportation safety and public welfare.
10. Write executive summaries effectively communicating value proposition to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
11. Develop past performance narratives showcasing successful implementations.
12. Create persuasive content highlighting cost-benefit analysis and return on investment.
