Sixt is looking for a Senior Regional Sales Performance Manager for the North East region to train and develop rental sales agents and branch managers.
Primary focus: Optimizing the rental experience by selling extras based on customer needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Train employees on creating optimal rental experiences, maximizing sales and service.
- Coach branch managers on training employees on sales, service, and goal setting.
- Hold workshops for rental agents, reviewing sales cycles and role-playing.
- Implement motivational contests to improve branch culture.
- Serve as an expert on Sixt fleet, protection items, and extras.
- Ensure branches educate customers on products that enhance their experience.
- Meet all sales and service standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and confidently.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Meet with branch and regional managers to review progress.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries with friendliness and helpfulness.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree
- Based in the North East (ideally near Newark, NJ)
- 2+ years sales training or coaching experience
- 5+ years customer service or sales experience
- 21+ years of age with a valid, clean driver's license
- Experience with sales quotas or commissioned positions (preferred)
- Basic computer navigation skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Willing to wear company uniforms
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 60%+ travel, possibly including air travel
- Authorized to work in the US, and not requiring work authorization sponsorship by the company.
- Multilingual communication skills (a plus)
