As the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. You will analyze sales data, performance metrics, and key indicators to uncover actionable insights that shape strategic decision-making. Your expertise is integral in optimizing sales performance and streamlining operations.
Impact:
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze data, identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team for revenue and financial record alignment.
- Create sales reports and presentations for board meetings, providing insights into sales activities and performance trends.
- Develop and maintain sales reports to identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to gather data for quota setting.
- Utilize historical data and business objectives to establish quota targets.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and sellers to enhance sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets and forecasts.
- Manage the commission process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve discrepancies and support commission calculation.
- Provide in-depth analysis of revenue attainment and sales performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, data analytics, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the education technology industry is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in sales analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles, accounting standards, sales process, methodologies, SaaS, and multiple product offerings.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a strong drive for continuous learning.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with revenue metrics (ARR).
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (SageIntacct, FinCore, etc.).
- Experience with QA of financial reporting.

Compensation:
$89,400 - $110,000 USD
