Job Details
The Senior RFP Writer's responsibilities include:
- Collecting and maintaining responses to requests for proposal (RFP).
- Assisting the RFP Manager with preparing each section of an RFP response.
- Creating and maintaining a database for storing and ongoing validation of previous responses.
- Making changes to bring a consistent tone to sections from different writers.
- Ensuring the content matches the RFP.
- Including standard or approved proposal language according to company policy.
The Proposal Analyst will:
- Follow up with team members to get feedback and revisions.
- Ensure that the proposal development stays on schedule.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data and responses stay updated on a regular basis and can be used for other questionnaires.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance (desired).
- A minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience in RFP writing for financial services.
- Qvidian/Upland experience would be a plus.
