The Senior Sales Research Consultant plays a critical role in supporting Cielo’s growth and client retention strategies by researching and summarizing market, industry and specific organizational insights.. This position involves analyzing the global talent landscape and sector-specific insights, delivering research outputs, and providing actionable recommendations to inform strategic business initiatives. The consultant ensures that all research reports are consistent with Cielo’s brand and contribute to the company’s leadership in talent acquisition solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research, define, analyze, and communicate global talent landscape and key talent acquisition trends, along with industry-specific insights for Cielo’s core industries and regions.
- Deliver and maintain tailored research reports to inform strategic growth initiatives, such as new product development or competitive intelligence.
- Develop research briefs for organizations based on growth targets.
- Support the distribution and communication strategy for research outputs through various internal channels.
- Create final outputs summarizing research findings in the form of PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and other mediums, ensuring alignment with Cielo’s brand guidelines.
- Proactively facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to understand evolving needs and requests that support growth and client retention strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education:
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or relevant focus required; Bachelor’s strongly preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a business environment.
- A minimum of one year experience in a researcher, analyst, market intelligence consultant or other insights-related role is required.
- HR, talent acquisition or recruitment industry experience preferred.
Exposure:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data.
- Curious mindset - driven by a desire to explore, ask questions, and seek deeper understanding.
- Comfortable with and desire around continuous improvement and learning.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
