The Opportunity To be a part of Cint’s Salesforce Centre of Excellence in India. To play a major role in the evolution of Salesforce products at Cint, building complex CPQ’s, Orchestrations, and native integrations.
Driving innovation for sales engagement and success. Delivering AI bots to serve customers better. Developing innovative solutions to complex problems over the entire customer lifecycle. Helping and supporting all business departments to use Salesforce to its full potential.
The Team
You’ll join the Strategy and Operations Org within Cint and be part of the Business technology team, composed of BI, NetSuite, Integration, and Salesforce teams.
Reporting to the Salesforce Technical Architect, the team includes two Product Managers, two Senior Salesforce Administrators, and two Developers.
The Salesforce team is almost entirely based in India, along with the Integrations team of two.
What You Will Do
- Develop secure and high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.
- Design (configure, customize, and implement) Salesforce systems to meet business requirements in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Provide technical expertise and support for software products, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Engage in code reviews and debugging, proposing improvements.
- Deputize for the Salesforce Architect.
- Work closely with the product team to analyze ways to achieve goals, identify areas for improvement, and integrate solutions.
- Influence peers and project decision-makers to embrace leading-edge technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas.
- Contribute to the engineering community by advocating for firm-wide frameworks, tools, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
- Support internal users with SFDC engineering and admin tasks.
- Contribute to a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and respectful team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a SFDC developer/engineer.
- Proficient in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Expertise in declarative automation, system customization, and AppExchange packages.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform integration patterns and techniques.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS).
- Experience applying architecture design concepts and object-oriented principles in projects.
- Skilled in refactoring and modernizing legacy configurations and code.
- Competence in implementing and working with DevOps solutions.
Bonus Points
- Understanding or experience within complex software development environments
- Previous involvement in an M&A project to move or deprecate Salesforce instances
- Experience with NetSuite/Finance processes
- Experience with Databricks
