As a Senior Service Supply Chain Planner, you will collaborate with Product Planners, Inventory Control, Service Management Operations, Repair Operations, Quality, Field Services, Trade Compliance, Finance and other internal groups to drive decision-making investments and to ensure availability of spare parts, options and consumables when needed. All in an effort to provide our customers (internal and external) with the best possible service.
The person in this role will be a major contributor to leveraging data, partners and systems to improve customer satisfaction and employee productivity reporting to the Americas Director of Service Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate thrives at delivering solutions to complex data problems, has an affinity for analytics, data and business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate planning for all spare parts and consumables for distribution and service requirements
- Responsible for spare parts forecasting, planning and procurement during the entire product lifecycle - New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining Product and End Of Life Product (EOL) to avoid any stock outages and drive delivery performance
- Set up of target stocking levels (TSL) and inventory management
- Inventory analyses of each product platform, including trends, cost analyses, risk management and recommendations
- Single point of contact to manage communications and messaging between regions and product planning counterparts.
- Ensure that established Fill Rate performance targets and inventory or service commitments are incorporated into the global Spares Plan.

The right candidate must be able to effectively work and interact with internal/external roles across functional organizations, learn quickly when facing new problems, and comfortably shift priorities, as business needs change.
The right candidate will have experience reviewing, analyzing and arranging large data sets in a way that is understandable and clearly identifies central themes and messages. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills and be comfortable presenting to internal and external customers
Technical Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- 8+ years working in the Aftermarket Supply Chain with relevant Service Spares Planning experience or similar experience a must
- Experienced in managing and working with Supply Chain, Program Management, New Product Launch, and Suppliers
- Experience of Service Planning Model tools like, Baxter Prophet, PTC Servigistics or equivalent is preferred
- SAP Experience Preferred
- Expert in MS Excel with ability to create pivot charts
- Self-starter with ability to take leadership in unstructured environment.
- Experience in the Security & Detection Industry is preferred
- Should enjoy a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well on cross-functional teams in multiple locations and time zones. Must be a good team player with proven skills in collaboration.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects in parallel as needed.
- Must have the proven ability to effectively deal with ambiguity, identify gaps, and implement innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency. Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Good communication skill in English, both written and verbal
- Should have excellent oral and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly

The compensation for this position ranges from $99,088.00 - $148,632.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
