Full-Time Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Are you an experienced ServiceNow expert ready to tackle complex challenges and lead our customers' digital transformation? At Devoteam we are looking for a (Senior) ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Translating complex customer requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Implementing and configuring various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, CSDM and Custom App Development).
• Developing and maintaining integrations with other business-critical systems.
• Solving technical problems and optimizing ServiceNow performance.
• Working closely with customers, business consultants and developers to deliver the best possible solutions.
• Sharing your expertise and guiding medior and junior consultants.
• Organizing design workshops with both internal and external stakeholders to improve user experience and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
• Supporting ServiceNow developers, project and commercial teams with designing ServiceNow solutions and making cost and effort estimates.
• Making recommendations for effective and cost-efficient workflows.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a ServiceNow consultant.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB).
• Strong knowledge of scripting in ServiceNow (Javascript, Angular JS, JQuery, JSON).
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of SECOPS is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and customer-oriented approach.
