Responsibilities:

• Functional and technical expert in customer engagements.
• Configure ServiceNow Platform on best practices for customer outcomes.
• Participate in customer workshops to assess current and future states.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions based on defined architecture.
• Consult, install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow products (Platform, Customer Experience, Industry solutions, Technology Excellence, Employee Experience).
• Develop custom solutions using scripting and application development.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Maintain skills in HAM, SAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, ERM, and industry offerings (Telecommunications, Financial Services).

Requirements:

• 5+ years implementing ServiceNow.
• Strong ServiceNow core capabilities (ITSM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, ERM, FSM).
• Domain expertise in Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Field Services, Procurement.
• Understanding of integrations, data models, and process automation.
• Excellent communication skills (explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences).
• JavaScript proficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong interpersonal skills (leading, communication, negotiation, focus on details).
• Strong prioritization, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good presentation skills.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
