About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join Limble’s growing Finance team. In this role, you will own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing accounting operations, and driving process improvements. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, FP&A, and Operations, to enhance financial processes and reporting.

What You'll Do
• Own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses to maintain financial integrity.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and support the development of internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, and tax filings by collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, FP&A, and Operations to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance accounting efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and software (NetSuite, etc.).

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment.
• NetSuite experience required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and process optimization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Audit experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
