Full-Time Senior Staff Engineer – Python Fullstack

Requirements:

• Total experience: 10+ years
• Excellent knowledge and experience in: architecture, designing scalable, reliable, high-performant and secure web application architectures using Python.
• Strong expertise in Python and Django: for backend development
• Proficiency in ReactJS: for front-end development
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL: for database management
• Experience with AWS or Azure: for cloud-based application development and deployment
• Familiarity with: MS ToolKit, Docker, GitHub, and AWS CloudWatch for development and monitoring
• Strong understanding of application security risks: and implementing security patches
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence):
• Excellent problem-solving skills: with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills: to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree: in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design
• Mapping decisions with requirements and translate the same to developers
• Identifying different solutions and narrowing down the best option that meets client requirements
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Writing and reviewing design document: explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
• Reviewing architecture and design: on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensuring that all relevant best practices are followed
• Developing and designing the overall solution: for defined functional and non-functional requirements; defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
• Resolving issues: through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and justifying the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs: to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
