The Role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager to establish ServiceNow’s security product management program. This role will enable developers and non-technical users to build secure applications and workflows and drive internal adoption of our security products.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and optimize demand and development intake and governance.
- Work with developers cross-organizationally and internal customers to deliver secure product capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Communicate with diverse functional stakeholders.
- Define and report on product metrics.
- Build relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and developers.
- Identify and communicate complex problems as easily understood requirements and provide solutions.
- Define and execute the security strategy and roadmap.
- Work closely with security teams.
- Conduct market research and understand customer needs, workflows, and pain points.
- Prioritize product features and requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions and make design trade-offs.
- Assume leadership responsibilities.
- Build RACIs.
- Develop multi-mode communications for varying audiences.
Requirements:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 10+ years of software product management experience
- 10+ years of business process management, process engineering and executing process improvements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (highly desired)
- 5+ years of Security or Risk/Strong Technical experience (desired)
- Proficient in planning, communication, presentation, listening, and influencing
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong relationships and credibility.
- Significant experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.
- Experience managing or developing AI solutions.
- Deep commitment to delivering the best solutions and building customer relationships.
- Skilled at driving solution development with a big-picture strategy.
