About the Role: ServiceNow seeks a Senior Staff AI Experience Product Manager to guide the development of intelligent, AI-driven experiences (personalized conversational AI, enterprise search).
You’ll define how our platform leverages AI and machine learning to enhance user journeys, streamline actions, and deliver intuitive, personalized interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Conversational AI Experiences: Design and implement AI-driven conversational solutions for personalized, context-aware interactions.
- Enterprise Search Development: Guide development of enterprise search experiences for fast, accurate, and contextual results.
- Stakeholder Management & Partnership Building: Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to deliver tailored AI-powered solutions.
- Intelligent Workflow Orchestration: Design AI-powered workflows that streamline complex user interactions.
- Storytelling with Data: Use data to demonstrate AI’s impact on user journeys.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Experience Mapping & Optimization: Map and refine user workflows to create seamless experiences.
- Product Vision & Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a clear vision for AI experiences on the ServiceNow platform.
- User Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback and continuously improve AI-driven experiences.
- Executive Presentations & Communication: Present product vision and results to senior leaders.
Experience: 8+ years in product management, with 5+ years in AI, machine learning, conversational AI, and enterprise search.
