AI Experiences: We lead AI experiences, including search, conversational interfaces, automation, and helping DT developers build enterprise-grade products on the ServiceNow Platform.
Role Overview: ServiceNow seeks a Senior Staff AI Experience Product Manager to guide the development of intelligent, AI-driven experiences. You'll define how our platform leverages AI and machine learning to enhance user journeys, streamline actions, and deliver personalized interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Conversational AI Experiences: Design and implement personalized, context-aware conversational AI solutions using NLU and machine learning.
- Enterprise Search Development: Guide development of fast, accurate, contextually relevant search experiences, enhancing relevance and integrating with conversational interfaces using AI/ML.
- Stakeholder Management & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align on goals and deliver tailored AI-powered solutions.
- Intelligent Workflow Orchestration: Design and optimize AI-powered workflows integrating conversational AI, enterprise search, and agent-based systems.
- Storytelling with Data: Use data to demonstrate AI's impact on user journeys, conversations, and workflow optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams for scalable, intuitive AI experiences.
- Experience Mapping & Optimization: Map and refine end-to-end user workflows, focusing on seamless experiences.
- Product Vision & Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a clear vision for AI experiences and maintain a strategic roadmap.
- User Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Advocate for users by gathering feedback and refining experiences continuously.
- Executive Presentations & Communication: Present product vision and results to senior leadership.
Experience Requirements: 12+ years overall experience, 8+ years in product management, 5+ years in AI, Machine Learning, Conversational AI, or Enterprise Search.
Additional Skills: Strong storytelling ability, personalized AI expertise, enterprise search expertise, stakeholder management, analytical skills, technical acumen, strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset.
Compensation: $187,600 - $328,300 base, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
