ETG manages AI Experiences (Search, Conversational Interfaces, Automation) supporting internal DT developers to build enterprise-grade ServiceNow products. The group accelerates innovation with forward-thinking solutions, leveraging ServiceNow’s Intelligent platform.
About the Role: Senior Staff AI Experience Product Manager guides intelligent AI-driven experiences (personalized conversational AI, enterprise search) optimizing and orchestrating workflows. This includes defining AI/ML platform usage for enhanced user journeys, streamlined actions, and personalized interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-driven conversational solutions with personalized, context-aware interactions.
- Use NLU and machine learning to enhance communication, predict needs, and deliver proactive assistance.
- Guide enterprise search experiences for fast, accurate, and contextually relevant results.
- Improve search relevance, knowledge discovery, and integrate search with conversational interfaces.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Present vision and results to senior leadership.
- Partner with engineers, analysts, and designers to redefine work using intelligent workflows, search, and conversational AI.
- Design and optimize AI-powered workflows integrating conversational AI, enterprise search, and agent-based systems to improve productivity.
- Use data to demonstrate AI impact on user journeys, conversations, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams for scalable, intuitive AI experiences.
- Map and refine end-to-end user workflows focusing on user-friendly AI experiences.
- Develop and communicate a vision for personalized conversational AI, enterprise search, and intelligent workflows.
- Advocate for users by gathering feedback and using insights to continuously improve.
- Present product vision, strategy, and results to senior leaders.
Experience Requirements: 12+ years overall experience, 8+ years in product management, 5+ years in AI, Machine Learning, Conversational AI, or Enterprise Search.
Skills: Strong storytelling, personalized AI, enterprise search, stakeholder management, data analysis, and technical acumen.
