About the Role: ServiceNow seeks a Senior Staff AI Experience Product Manager to guide the development of intelligent AI-driven experiences, including personalized conversational AI and enterprise search solutions. Defining how the platform leverages AI and machine learning to enhance user journeys, streamline actions, and deliver intuitive, personalized interactions. Building partnerships with stakeholders across the organization to deliver AI-powered solutions and present vision and results to senior leadership. Partnering with Engineers, Analysts, and Designers to redefine the future of work through intelligent workflows, search, and conversational AI experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-driven conversational solutions for personalized, context-aware interactions.
- Guide enterprise search experience development for fast, accurate, and contextually relevant results.
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships to align on goals and deliver personalized AI experiences.
- Design and optimize AI-powered workflows for streamlined user interactions.
- Use data to demonstrate AI’s impact on user journeys and workflow optimization.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable, intuitive AI experiences.
- Map and refine end-to-end user workflows for seamless experiences.
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for conversational AI, enterprise search, and intelligent workflows.
- Advocate for users by gathering feedback and refining AI experiences.
- Present product vision, strategy, and results to senior leaders.
Experience Requirements: 12+ years overall experience, 8+ years in product management, 5+ years in AI, Machine Learning, Conversational AI, or Enterprise Search.
Compensation: $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
