AECOM is seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our Water Resources Structural Engineering team in New Orleans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Structural Engineer on projects.
- Providing technical input on water-related projects.
- Managing structural projects and coordinating with multi-disciplined engineering staff.
- Preparing proposals, technical specifications, and design documents.
- Verifying compliance with codes and engineering standards.
- Performing condition assessments and site visits.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree + 8 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in structural design.
- Master's degree in structural engineering.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of structural modeling software tools.
- PE license in LA, TX, or others.
