Job Details
- Analyze business needs and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Identify data and reporting requirements.
- Prepare business and system requirement documents (BRS/SRS).
- Support core banking development.
- Work with designers and testers to align business and IT.
- Take part in report and dashboard design.
- Plan and support testing (integration, UAT) and go-live activities.
- Ensure quality and consistency of IT deliverables.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in banking or financial IT projects.
- Experience with core banking systems.
- Strong business analysis and SQL skills (Oracle is a plus).
- Fluent English.
- Confident use of JIRA/Confluence.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented mindset.
Good to have:
- Experience or certification with Thought Machine Vault.
- Background in agile or international project environments.
- Experience with Flexcube.
- Knowledge of microservices, Cloud (AWS preferred), and Kafka.
