Job Details
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple large and complex projects from inception to completion.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and deliver high quality work product on complex regulatory and technical issues related to EHS assessment, risk mitigation, and incident investigation.
- Business Development: Leverage and develop relationships to expand and generate client leads and secure contracts.
- EHS Program Development and Implementation: Advise clients on developing and implementing innovative, outcome-focused EHS programs and policies.
- EHS Audit and Assessment: Perform and/or coordinate internal and third-party audits.
- EHS Risk Management: Assist clients in identifying operational and/or regulatory risks.
- Incident Investigation and Industrial Hygiene Assessment: Conduct industrial hygiene incident investigations and assessments.
- Safety: Advise clients on developing and managing corporate safety strategies, safety management systems, process safety, and risk management.
- Technical Reporting: Produce high quality technical reports and perform QA/QC on project reports prepared by other team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Geology, or Engineering or a related field.
- At least 15 years of EHS assessment and risk mitigation consulting experience.
- Strong working experience in MS Office Suite software.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare concise and accurate technical documents.
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a project team.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Good business judgement skills and teamwork oriented.
- Strong financial management skills to keep projects on budget.
