We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive continuous delivery of the Ecovadis Product Suite. You'll lead large-scale strategic programs, from pitching and defining ideas to refining them with technical leaders and executives.
Collaborate with multiple business units and technical teams to understand needs, ensuring high-quality execution from initial design to measurable value realization.
Key responsibilities include risk assessment, mitigation planning, bottleneck resolution, issue escalation, and balancing business needs with technical concerns and compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication is vital for keeping colleagues and stakeholders informed on project progress.
Your program management responsibilities will encompass a substantial portion of Ecovadis' delivery model, including 30+ teams, a unified quarterly roadmap, and continuous improvement principles.
- Lead and support engineering managers, product owners, and product managers throughout the project lifecycle (creation, development, execution).
- Document project scope, justification, expected business impact, and establish governance.
- Oversee projects to maintain company and technical standards, budget adherence, business alignment, and timely completion.
- Facilitate program events and processes, assisting teams in delivering value.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, escalate impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate activities between teams and the broader organization.
- Develop and utilize strong leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience leading complex projects/programs in software development.
- 4+ years experience in a comparable program management role.
- Experience leading agile initiatives at scale.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex technical information to diverse audiences (executives, non-technical leaders).
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (4 office days/month) / Full remote from Poland
