• Collaborative Design: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and design innovative user interfaces and experiences that delight users. • User-Centric Design: Simplify complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly designs that improve usability and user satisfaction. • From Concept to Completion: Develop design assets, starting from wireframes and progressing through prototypes to polished, final UI designs. • Enhancing User Experience: Adhere to and refine existing UI/UX design patterns, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. • Data-Driven Decisions: Use qualitative and quantitative data, including user feedback and analytics, to inform and refine your design choices. • Visual Consistency: Continuously evolve Bryq’s visual style to maintain accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency in our digital products. • Product Strategy Contribution: Collaborate with the team to shape product strategy, focusing on enhancing the user interface and experience. • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Share your UI/UX expertise with other departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to ensure a unified brand and user.
Requirements
• 5 or more years in a UI/UX design role preferred, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface and experience design. • A Degree in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering, or other relevant fields. • Proficiency in design tools (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD), and a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments. • Submission of a portfolio is required.
