What we are looking for: We seek a dynamic User Researcher to conduct product research, gather customer feedback, lead discovery sessions, and facilitate prototype testing. Your insights will directly influence product development.
You might be a good fit if:
- You have 3-5+ years of experience in user research, UX research, or related roles.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, or related fields.
- You have strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys).
- You can synthesize insights from diverse data (qualitative, quantitative, behavioral analytics, user feedback, market research).
- You can source and engage diverse user segments.
- You have knowledge of ethical AI considerations and can apply responsible AI principles in research.
- You are proficient in research tools (e.g., Dovetail, Lookback, Qualtrics), data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R), and optionally design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- You can translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
- You can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to change.
Expectations:
- Product Research & Discovery: Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Conduct iterative prototype testing and analyze user feedback to refine designs. Conduct surveys to understand industry trends, competitors, and market shifts. Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps.
- Customer Feedback Collection & Analysis: Create processes for collecting feedback (surveys, interviews, usability testing). Analyze feedback for insights and recommendations. Present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Discovery Sessions & Workshops: Lead workshops to uncover needs, generate ideas, and define requirements. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure research insights influence product improvements. Collaborate with various teams to align research goals with business objectives.
