Primary Responsibilities:
As a Senior Visual Designer at Starship Studio, you'll shape the visual language of a revolutionary health and finance brand across all channels. You'll

• Drive our visual expression forward and, with careful hands, shape it into something truly special
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and writing teams to create campaigns, viral stunts, product launches, welcome kits, emails, physical cards, and more
• Evolve our visual aesthetic through constant experimentation, staying ahead of the curve, not behind it
• Elevate the look and feel of everything we do by bringing a level of polish and magic into everything we ship
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of collaboration and creativity

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in visual design at a creative agency or in-house design team
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (bonus points for motion design or illustration)
• Proven design portfolio that showcases your eye for good design and attention to detail
• Proven highly collaborative in a remote-first environment and enjoy sharing work early and often
• Proven comfortability with the ambiguity that comes with working on an early-stage brand
• Proven self-starter-there's always something you want to do, learn, and grow in as a designer

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
