Full-Time Senior Visual Designer

As a Senior Visual Designer, you'll be the creative powerhouse behind our visual identity, crafting designs that not only look amazing but also resonate with our audience and push our brand forward. With your expert design skills and experience, you’ll take the lead in bringing fresh, bold ideas to life across various platforms. You'll make sure that every project is as consistent as it is creative, while keeping quality at the forefront.

Impact: Lead the design process from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual solutions meeting project objectives and deadlines. Collaborate with marketing, branding, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements, translate concepts into compelling visual designs, and communicate key messages to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.

Responsibilities: Create digital and print design assets (ads, presentations, social media graphics, collateral, infographics, website elements). Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistency. Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.

Collaborate: With external vendors, agencies, and freelancers; participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Act as a brand ambassador upholding and promoting brand identity.

Qualifications: 5-8 years of professional graphic design experience, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects, advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and conceptual thinking/problem-solving abilities.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership/mentoring skills, passion for design excellence, experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., creative agencies). Strong organizational and time-management skills.
