At Alrdy, we build high-converting, stunning websites for B2B tech companies. We’ve developed an innovative, fun, and streamlined process that lets us deliver amazing results in record time - without endless revisions or overcomplicated workflows.
Now, we’re looking for a Senior Web & Brand Designer who loves clean, modern web design, enjoys working directly with clients and is eager to integrate AI and new design techniques into their workflow.
This role is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere, but if you’re based in Berlin, we invite you to work with us in our co-working space.
Tasks
- Design modern, conversion-focused marketing websites for B2B tech and SaaS companies.
- Develop brand identities (color palettes, typography, visual assets).
- Transform overcomplicated screenshots into beautiful product visuals that showcase our clients’ solutions.
- Work directly with clients to understand their brand and business needs.
- Collaborate with us (Marina & Ben) directly to bring websites to life.
- Stay ahead of the curve with AI tools and smart workflows to make things even more efficient.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing marketing websites (preferably tech/SaaS).
- Strong skills in Figma (Adobe Suite & AI tools are a plus!).
- A sharp eye for branding, layout, and modern design aesthetics.
- Understanding of conversion principles & best practices (don’t worry, we guide you with our frameworks!).
- Confidence to present ideas to clients and make strategic design decisions.
- Fluency in German & English.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset - you don’t wait for instructions, you take initiative!
