Full-Time Senior/Staff Product Manager (AI Agents)

• Build empathetic and intelligent conversational AI agents
• Combine user empathy with product thinking
• Think on your feet, think of systems, reasoning, and decision points
• Run tight feedback loops and align around measurable metrics
• Advocate for the user, build high-level flows
• Aim high; think end-to-end towards achieving a holistic multi-agent experience
• Be the voice of your product area; inspire team members and stakeholders
• Conduct user research together with your design colleagues

• Proven experience in product management (SaaS or B2B experience is necessary)
• Experience with conversational AI is a must
• Experience building AI agents that execute autonomously
• Strong technical acumen
• Maturity in managing stakeholders
• Great understanding of user behaviour and conversion metrics
• Ability to collaborate and navigate across multiple teams
• Good communication and storytelling skills
• Empathy and active listening
• Fluent communicating in English
