Full-Time Senior/Staff Product Manager

• Develop a deep understanding of customers, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Identify problems and define solutions.
• Articulate the value of new products and features.
• Define pricing and packaging strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive adoption.
• Define and measure success metrics.
• Measure product adoption and collect customer feedback.
• Support customer engagements and sales enablement.
• Serve as the connective tissue between various stakeholders.

• 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years on complex technical products/platforms.
• Experience with databases or technical products with high scale needs.
• Deep knowledge of modern distributed systems.
• Computer Science or technical degree and prior technical development experience preferred.
• Experience with marketing and sales to take products to market.
• Experience defining pricing and packaging.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to combine data-driven approaches with user empathy.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and problem-solving skills.
