Full-Time Senior/Staff Product Manager, Audit Transformation

• Enable a rapid-iteration AI team.
• Translate complex workflows and customer pain points into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the end-to-end success of AuditBoard’s Audit products.
• Work closely with marketing and sales to collaborate on strategy.
• Gather insights, validate features, and ensure solutions address real user needs.
• Communicate progress and priorities clearly across stakeholders.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management.
• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to enable rapid-iteration teams.
• Skilled in rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in defining, measuring, and iterating on key performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Professional experience / domain expertise in audit or GRC.
