Position Overview: The ServiceNow Consultant will provide support and development services within a collaborative team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess customer requirements and perform requirements analysis.
- Develop functional and technical designs.
- Build, configure, and perform unit testing of ITSM/HRSD/CSM solutions.
- Plan, design, and upgrade ITSM/HRSD/CSM deployment projects.
- Recommend integrations, developments, and enhancements.
- Leverage ServiceNow deployments for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Interact with project leads and stakeholders in building and deploying solutions.
- Monitor the successful deployment of services.
Experience and Skills:
- Essential: 7+ years ServiceNow implementation experience (ITSM, HRSD, CSM).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem and integrations.
- Familiarity with other ITSM systems (e.g., BMC Remedy, Landesk, Zendesk, Easyvista).
- Knowledge of SIM Methodology best practices.
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- Expert level English proficiency.
- Knowledge of other UN official languages beneficial.

- Compensation: Based on National Officer salary scales or Individual Consultancy band levels.
