Full-Time ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to define requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Implement solutions aligning with best practices and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems for seamless processes.
• Design and configure ServiceNow product suites (HR, CSM, GRC, ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
• Guide developers in building custom applications and processes.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of CMDB implementation experience
• Expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SecOps)
• Web development expertise (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Proven experience setting up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, FlowDesigner, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5 technologies.
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs for integration.
