We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant to join our team in Sofia.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform employee/customer service experiences by optimizing company processes based on ITIL/ITSM best practices and ServiceNow solutions.
  • Understand and assess current ITSM processes, tools, and operating models.
  • Support governance for designing and implementing improvements utilizing Service Management.
  • Consult, install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow products.
  • Develop custom solutions using scripting and application development.
  • Prepare technical documentation.
  • Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party solutions (e.g., LDAP, ERP, DB, Inventory).
  • Perform UAT and knowledge transfer to customers.
  • Create reports and generate metrics.
  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Be a trusted partner, helping customers take ownership.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in IT and/or consulting, customer-facing role.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • BSc or MSc in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding and knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Excellent IT knowledge, architecture, and multi-tier application understanding.
  • Relational database experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, HP/Microfocus Service Manager, BMC Remedy, CA Service Desk, or similar is a plus.
  • JavaScript or other scripting language knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (leading, communication, negotiation, focus on details, prioritization, decision-making).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Good presentation skills.
