Job Details

Role: Support development team by providing guidelines, monitoring quality, and developing complex requirements.

Team & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Architects, Developers, and Product Owners across Europe and India.
  • Support junior and senior developers, advise Product Owners, and oversee technical delivery.
  • Hands-on role, developing independently and helping peers with complex topics.
  • Translate user stories into ServiceNow features to minimize customizations.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and other Tech Leads on design, development, and support of ServiceNow solutions using best practices.
  • Deliver ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and FSM implementations (including core platform implementations, CSM portal enhancements, data integrations, and integrations with 3rd party tools).
  • Review and optimize implementations by other developers for low customization, optimal performance, scalability, and security.
  • Develop enhancements identified during UAT and potentially review existing designs for improvement.
  • Accountable for team's delivery quality and best practice adherence.

Technical Skills:

  • 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow CSM and/or ITSM experience.
  • Knowledge of Case, Incident, Request management, Service Catalog.
  • Portal management and customization.
  • ServiceNow Platform and its core features.
  • Integrations with 3rd party tools (APIs and Integration Hub).
  • Knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
  • Experience with FSM or ITAM (preferred).

Professional Skills:

  • ITIL processes knowledge.
  • Release management and code versioning best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Specification writing (high-level design and troubleshooting guides).
  • Testing strategy and execution.
  • Agile Methodology (Scrum experience).

Soft Skills:

  • Team player, willing to support and assist.
  • Proactive, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences).
  • Excellent English skills.
