Full-Time Social Media Designer

About the Role:

Design and produce social media assets (static assets, animations, video, audio, etc.) for a variety of social media channels (X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Work with design and other cross-functional teams to produce engaging, informative, and on-brand social media assets.

Edit live-action videos in short and long form styles.

Combine creativity with brand guidelines and local insights for localized content.

Spot emerging trends and turn timeline ideas into actions and assets.

Maintain a robust asset calendar to ensure timely asset delivery.

Prioritize asset production based on business needs and emerging projects/trends.

Ensure all social media assets align with the project’s visual style and branding.

Monitor audience engagement and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.

About You:

Minimum 5 years of creative design experience, preferably in a high-output tech or crypto environment.

Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Experience designing and producing digital assets (static, illustrated, video, audio).

Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and similar design tools.

Proven ability to produce high-quality, engaging assets quickly.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Creative thinker excited to bring new technologies and trends to life.

Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Excellent collaboration skills and proactive problem-solving.

Ability to anticipate asset needs and open to feedback in a startup environment.

Familiarity with World, privacy tech, blockchains, or cybersecurity is a plus.
