Job Details
We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect for our US Public Sector business, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Workflow. You will be responsible for creating and communicating architecture and strategies. We’re looking for someone to guide teams through complex challenges and architect scalable solutions.
- Oversee the design of AI-native systems.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs.
- Create programs to demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide mentoring and training to peers.
- Deliver product demonstrations.
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concept engagements.
- Stay current on product developments.
- Support Marketing events.
- 4+ years building applications on development platforms, preferred with 2 years on ServiceNow.
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- Knowledge of AWS & Azure Gov Cloud architectures.
- Deep understanding of customer technical pain points in adopting cloud technologies.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Understanding of architecture principles and strong technical background in data engineering.
